Renovation and modernization to existing lower school grades Pre-K through sixth grade. The project includes:
- Active campus construction, and temporary classrooms are provided for students during the renovation period
- New front entrance addition, including complete lobby renovation with new play equipment, landscaping, retaining wall, and fencing
- Modernization of classrooms and library to include new casework, cubbies, lighting, painting, and flooring
- New HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Alarm systems
- Site improvements to include concrete walkways, railings fencing, landscaping, and plantings
- New exterior improvements to include windows, siding, trim, and painting
- New and increased playground equipment and play areas
