During her short tenure at 番茄社区, Lisa has made a tremendous impact. Her initiatives in learning & development have already begun to prove extremely beneficial. Lisa鈥檚 passion for team member engagement was a key factor in her promotion. Before joining 番茄社区, Lisa has served for over 18 years as a consultant, coach and trainer for individuals and companies in a variety of industries, non-profit organizations, and education institutions. Her areas of expertise include emotional intelligence, leadership styles, effective communication, assertiveness, and resiliency in the workplace.
